Great experience being a Jurist for Ottawa Book Awards. Mayor’s reception City Hall September 12, 2024. Congrats Huda Mukbil (Agent of Change), Sandra Ridley (Vixen)and Sebastien Pierroz (Deux heures avant la fin de l’ete).

 

Winners announced and celebratory event December 14th for the inaugural Naomi Shihab Nye Prize for young adult manuscripts by Arab writers. Proud to have been a judge with Lisa Majaj.Thank you Al Bustan Seeds of Culture in Philadelphia!
